Either the stars need to participate or it needs to go away.... the announcers are even saying how garbage it is. BTW Nick Cannon or whatever his name is....... is also garbage as a host, TNT and the NBA blew the all-star saturday night BAD

That last dunk was pretty bad arse though. Granted, I only saw it because it was supposed to be off and Charles Barkley's 50th birthday bash was supposed to be on.

Dunk contest had been a joke since I was a kid. Last time I looked forward to it Vince Carter was the man and hung by his elbow. Guessing that wad 12 yrs ago or more.

It's amazing how lame it has gotten. One would think these players know the history of basketball and what the contest use to be like. Thus, wanting to get things back to they way it was.
