you should rename this "VT-Duke Post Game Thread" since we normally end up having one of those anyways
- Offense looked better today, for whatever reason we can't use intermediate routes. Kinda baffling that everything is over the top. Logan underthrew a few long throws that we're caught anyways, but he did well running and throwing. Jc is the truth, should be the dude for the rest of the year. Davis did well but could still do more.
- Secondary made some nice plays but also got beat several times and it wasn't exposed as much as could be by Duke. D-line stepped up, I wonder if that was our guys playing better or Duke's OL struggling? Clemson's O-line is young, maybe we have something there.
I am very, very, VERY concerned about our secondary vs. Clemson's wide receivers next week. DeAndre Hopkins and Sammy Watkins are scary good. Plus, we will need our dline to stiffen up against the run because we all know what Ellington can do.
However, I will save that for next week as I am damn proud to be a Hokie and LOVE how the team came together to overcome some early game adversity. Hell of a job, boys!!

I for one am going to worry about clemson tomorrow morning... I am enjoying my crow s we speak at the same time enjoying talking trash again to UVA fans. Its about time I can take advantage of a uva loss! I still think we are a 7-5 team this year with changes needed at multiple coaches spots but I will enjoy today
I love the resiliency and leadership starting to take place. JC Coleman is lil Wilson! Go Hokies!
It is amazing what a pass rush will do for a struggling secondary. There were several times where duke receivers were running free down field; however, feeling a bit of pressure sure impacts the qbs accuracy. Thank goodness that ball was behind Vernon.
