We have some individual track and field national championships, as well. Just need that elusive "team" championship.

I'm not sure. I know it was our very first team that won it though. I watched it on TV this past year. Day 3 was killer as we didn't catch many fish and the team had motor problems. They finished 6th.

Keep the wrestling articles coming...love it. For those Hokies in Northern, VA, VT will be wrestling at UMD on Friday, January 25th at 7:00 and will also be back on Sat, March 9th for the ACC championships at UMD. Come out and support the Hokies on the road...

Queen Harrison, Spyridon Jullien and Alexander Ziegler all won National Championships in Track & Field, at Virginia Tech....I think there is one more but I can't remember who it is at the moment....these are the ones I know for sure.
The Hokies reclaimed the Commonwealth Cup on Nov. 27, 2004. Kendall Fuller was 8 years old.

Bass fishing is only considered a club sport
