The latest on Tim Harris: A battle is brewing ...

The Richmond (Va.) Varina safety told me on Thursday that Virginia was atop his list. I talked to him earlier today and Harris told me that UVa and Virginia Tech "are about even" after his junior day experience in Blacksburg yesterday.
There have been rumors swirling that Harris may be close to making his college decision. He shot those down quickly, however.
"I'm taking all five official visits before deciding," said Harris. "I'm going to wait and announce on Signing Day."
Harris will visit UVa on Saturday.

Such a move that he was wanting to commit per his twitter, but kids are shown the love when they go to these schools, plenty of twists and turns until then.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. I hear VT never really thought he would, but was encouraged by the visit.

IF Shane can pull Tim Harris and Derrick Green that would be a huge upset in Richmond.
