He actually speaks very well for someone who has Parkinson's. The only unfortunate part is that many people don't know and assume other things (this is by no means directed at you SMG as I am sure there was nothing meant by it). He no longer comes across as a good public speaker which is probably why he does not do that much of it anymore...

If that is the worst post you ever make, then you are a great poster. Nothing wrong with not knowing all the circumstances. I've only done it once, but Smitty has yet to do it. He is the most interesting man in Bluefield.
