I really like Hopkins and Maddy as our starting duo. But, we need to develop our backups. Harley played decently well at times and I love his on field "attitude" that he brings. Hopefully Williams steps up and grabs that 4th DT spot. Not sure I'd trust Taylor, who is still undersized, or Smith unless he blows up this spring.

Thanks for writing about the DT's, too often they get lumped in with the DE's.

The OL took a lot of heat in the past few years as they should, I have a feeling it was more about the coaching. I have been vocal that we don't have much talent at DT. I think our DT's are above average, but who was the last big time DT at VT? Shane and others have stated this is the position which makes the top tier SEC schools dominate like Bama and LSU.
