we could have 15 qbs on our roster, none are the talent of sims.. lambert may be close but sims already having a couple of years under his belt would make him w/o question the starter next year(if he gets a hardship waiver)..

Look man, I don't know what he has to do to qualify for that, but c'mon. His primary hardship is that he's not the starter down there.
