$60 million fine. Funds to support child abuse programs
banned from post season play for 4 years
Scholarships reduced 10 per year for 4 years
Players may transfer without sitting out
All wins from 98 to 2011 vacated
5 year probation
NCAA reserves right for further investigation and further sanctions against specific individuals

I hope he does not really believe what we writes. I think this was a reaction to a series of events that the NCAA could not possibly turn a blind eye to. As long as you are only tossing cash around you are ok though.

Thanks...I found him. 2012 four-star WR from PA. He's alreadly enrolled; coud he still transfer w/o penalty. Shane was recruiting him so chances are good they will talk today or sometime this week...
