So...it's only a total of 40 scholarships right?

There were rumors of 60 total over 5 years.

I was hoping for a TV ban too, but doesn't appear that is the case.

Looks like Penn State has signed off on these penalties though.

This is a 10 year sanction....minimum, and is actually a 5 year scholarship penalty cause 12's can leave...at least an 8 year bowl ban in real time....
