16 is the number you want on your roster. However, that includes attrition. You should probably average 4 per year to keep 16.
Beamer has been quoted as saying this....it is the main reason our OL play is consistently bad....simple math says the number is 20-21....frank thinks it is 16, he is wrong, and it has and will continue to cost him dearly.
