And the correct answer is WVU. Nothing would forever be more humiliating than to see VT not only win a MNC before them but to do it against them.

You know, I picked Alabama for the prestige of beating the SEC and all, but WVU & Notre Dame are very high on my list as well...I don't hate USC, but to stick it to Kiffin would be great...

I was thinking Alabama prior to reading all the replies. Beating WVU would be really nice though! I wonder what their fans would burn after that loss..

yeah, I'd choose an SEC team right now as it would give us the biggest cred. If VT and WVU made the MNC right now there would have had to be a major down year in the SEC, B10 and Pac12 (and to some extent the Big12 as WVU would have had to beat out Texas and Oklahoma). I just see us on the receiving end of alot of griping on the outside about how we only won because the field was so week.
