It is about 62' x 33' with a full basement that is also the same size. It will also have an enclosed breezeway that connects into a 3 bay garage(38'x26').
We are just about 2 months in when we broke ground for the basement started April 25th on the building process. We think we can be done by the end of Aug.

vtfan_90,
If you haven't thought about it, consider plastering the house instead of drywall. Much, much, more durable, much better insulation, fire-proofing and sound-proofing. If you are intersted just PM me and I'll give you more info. Company is owned by an uncle and cousin. Uncle has 60 years experience, yes, still working. Cousin has 35+. They have done many $1,000,000+ homes all over the state. More economical than you might think, and really has many benefits.
