This isn't a court of law....it's a message board! So burden of proof really has no relevance here. And one thing you are failing to realize is that TRUTH is a defense to defamation. You can say whatever you want if it is true. The people who have been bringing this stuff up are from the 757 and know these people. To say that this is all made up by Hokie message board posters is not only false but ignorant. This wouldn't be gaining traction at such a rapid pace if it were some random making baseless allegations. I have never been more proud to have a class act like Beamer as our HC. I know TONS of influential wahoos who are not the biggest fan of ML. Not exactly what many Hoos like to have representing their great university. Gone are the days where you can blame your lack of success on higher standards etc....
