Given the discussion in the other thread about bad news coming related to this situation, whether or not he wanted to be here may be immaterial. Scary stuff.
But yes, it's always sad when you see a young athlete being totally dominated by the interests of a parent(s). Momo Jones all over again.

Talked to DFS last week and he said he wasn't going anywhere. At this point and time nothing surprises me anymore.

True Story. You can replace the "sorta kinda" with "Definitely". Let's just say, that this was not an issue last year when Coach Richardson was still here.

dorian did not fit with the environment, program and social life. he was very unhappy and felt he was used incorrectly. he see himself as a small forward/ shooting guard. not a power forward. him not liviing up to the hype did not help also.

I do think his mother is a bit of "helicopter mom". My son said she was always pretty vocal during games....and thought it was interesting how DFS had his best games when his mom wasn't there. The kid ought to go to Florida but I imagine that's out of the question.
