There is an expectation down there that you're going to work. Ingram and Richardson were both absolute workout freaks. Richardson may be the strongest RB in the NFL as a rookie. He also works as a hard in the weight room as any player in the league. Lacy learned under Trent and there's now a foundation that you're going to work your ass off down there.
The Bama S&C program is just amazing (ignoring Mount Cody)
Martin Scales is no runt...he just didn`t get many carries.
We will have some big backs between Edmunds, Harris, and especially Williams.
Trent broke all kinds of FL HS competitive weight lifting records in his weight class. He entered college with NFL RB strength and it improved greatly at Bama without him losing speed.
