A win is always a good thing. Today we played as expected. More tentative away from home. Good players poorly coached for the most part on O
There is a lack of concentration on O like I have never seen before. Also on special teams. what gives?
I do not understand why:
1. Scales has not been used all year. He is the only back we have had that can hit the line with force and move the pile.
2. Why we insist on kicking off out of bounds, or way short and not that high to give the other team a great runback opportinity. Why,why, why!!
3. Our guys played hard today and they deserved to win but I have so little faith in our teachers to teach and lead that I'm embarassed. What has gotten into our staff? It isn't that the players have given up it's more like the staff has.

Hats off to Marcus,Scales,Dunn(saw him throw some decent blocks also), Taylor, Exum,Cody,Tweedy, Becton, Painter ,Benedict, and not bad by the d line either.
Team MVP is becton...guy has been outstanding....Jarret on D. We will likely not have a player make all acc, and maybe not 2nd team either. Those 2 are the only real candidates...maybe fuller also. MVp today is Scales and tip the c to MD for bouncing back.
I would say Journell today, he was clutch. Watching other games today, our O philosophy is ssssssoooooooo bad !!
