Chill out. I just spoke to a few coaches and to be blunt our guys were pretty sore and were really taking care of their bodies out there. OL especially! Coaches are pissed about effort, but the kids just played one of the most physical games in a long time and only practiced Wednesday and Thursday. Austin Peay was terrible and despite what a lot of posters think today means nothing. Trust me when we waiting to see which bowl game we are going to nobody will care from the committees how bad we beat Austin Peay.
Next week against Pitt you will see a lot better effort. Trust me when I tell u we will beat Pitt by atleast 42 points.
hope you are right, but this is a recurring theme.
If we beat Pitt by 42 first 20 drinks on me at hometeam or any other RIC bar after the game. Not bullsh*tting.

It wasn't the game I was hoping to see but ultimately, I think 42-7 is good enough to at least not draw massive media criticism. Sure, 63-0 would've been better but I think we did enough to at least save face. Now its time to move on to Pittsburgh and we need to lay it on them pretty thick.
People sleep soundly in their beds at night because rough men stand ready to visit violence on their behalf.
I'll meet you and by the next 20!
