In having participated in 7on7 tounraments 6-7 years ago while in High School and trying to get recruited, I can honestly say they were a huge help in enhancing my skill set. Granted, these tournaments were for high school teams and not all-star teams. These settings allowed me to hone in on my route running, footwork, hand eye coordination, catching, and competition ability. It also created a greater cohesion between my team. I fully support 7on7 when used by high school teams. Just my $0.02 on the issue of how much 7on7 really can help these skill players
