I guess our hires aren't "home-run" hires...
"I'm not sure Loeffler is the answer. He tried to more of a pro style offense with Auburn's spread personnel this past season and it obviously didn't work too well. Auburn was No. 115 in the country in total offense. The good news? He'll have an experienced quarterback to work with."
I know she sucks, BAD, and today was the first time I went over there in a couple of weeks, I guess I just wanted to see what The Network had her write.....
Edit: I think this is positive for us though, because anything she ever seems to thinks about us is usually 180 degrees wrong.

Res ipsa loquitur...Let the good times roll
I think it's pretty obvious they aren't "home runs" but they are solid and better than what we had before. This will improve us on the recruiting trail more importantly while not sacrificing coaching ability and still having the same outstanding talent evaluators (Beamer, Bud, Stinespring).
HD is literally only worthy of being a correspondent for one of the ratarded shows the E network puts on. To put it bluntly, she sucks and knows nothing but what ESPN higher ups tell her to say. She is a mouthpiece.
I love neck....
Brick Tamland style...
Heather is good at "copy and paste", I'll give her that.
VT fans seem happy with it, so the coaches aren't getting much "in-family" criticism. Not that it matters (although I'd argue it does subconsciously) but they will not be getting unnecessary headaches and pressure.
However, when Loeffler sees this stuff in the national media I have to believe that it just fires him up even more to prove the pundits wrong.
I hope national writers keep it up.

+1 for your picture of Hunter S. Thompson. One of my all-time favorite journalists/authors. I go as him every year for Halloween.
Heather has the brains or should I say brain of a shrimp. Never bother to read her tripe.
With the exception of the occasional link to her idiotic diatribes (like this), I haven't looked at her blog in months. And it feels great.
Her only purpose is to rile fan bases so that we talk about it and drive more traffic to look at her tired columns....by reading her columns and bringing them here, you are giving espn everything that they want. so why even waste the bandwidth?
The Hokies reclaimed the Commonwealth Cup on Nov. 27, 2004. Kendall Fuller was 8 years old.
Heather is a very nice person. Albeit she is incompetent she is still very nice. I love what she is doing with this. Wave another red flag in front of our bulls sweetie.
Any self respecting coach who reads all this crap from the reporters is only fueling our fire. In three years our team is going to play with anyteam in the country. Who knows , maybe even next year will be good. Think about it, if our line,wr, and te blocking had been just decently effective, particularly in the middle what do you think our record would be. I say at least ten wins.
