Virginia Tech mentions. Florida State leads. Looks like Clemson and UGA are closing.

says FSU leads and Georgia is close behind. We were in 2nd behind FSU a few days ago, now Georgia offers and we're down the list some more, kinda sucks. We always have issues w/ OOS 5 star guys. Aside from Kendall Fuller (who doesn't really count since all of his bros went to VT) we have never pulled an OOS 5 star guy. Since 2002 when star rating started we have only had 4 5 star guys in Marcus Vick, Macho, Kendall, and Tyrod. We need to grow our brand, hopefully the young coaches can do that.

Point taken, but Kevin Jones was from PA and the #1 recruit in the country. Also, since there are only about 20-30 5 star guys a year, the numbers would prove out that MOST schools have trouble with OOS 5 star guys. Of the 32 5 star guys this year, 14 stayed in their home state, leaving only 18 for the rest of the country to land..Ol Miss landed 3 of them, Auburn landed 3 of them, and Bama landed 4 of them, USC landed 2 of them, everyone else in the country (including VT), landed 1 OOS 5 star prospect. So aside from 4 other teams in the entire country, we did just as good as everyone else with a whopping 1.
