I remember seeing in a post when we were talking about since Exum possibly won't be back to full strength, who will cover Amari Cooper. I go on post by saying, well why can't Kyle cover him. Kyle in my mind is very capable of doing this. I went on to a blog somewhere last night and saw the final 40 times from this years team. Not to mention, one guy says Kyle is not a burner. Well how read that blog, unless it is misleading, it says Kyle's 40 time was a 4.35. Now myself, I don't see Amari as no 4.3 guy. Tall and athletic but when you are putting that kind of speed what that size, it just doesn't seem possible unless he is the next Randy Moss?? Thoughts and comments?
Now I just checked some other things and it says Amari is a low 4.45. Kyle is a low 4.42.
I'm trusting this site I just found a little bit more then a blog since it's nfldraftscout.com
Kyle is not a sub 4.5 guy.
Yea, unless he has yet to unlock some unrealized potential speed wise he is never gonna run a sub 4.5 electronically timed. He still has room to improve as a cover corner but he is a good football player as is. Technique can take you pretty far; Brandon Flowers and Joe Haden both ran 4.6 ish and are still excellent corners.
National signing day we have to put a post like this up on the thread.
Hard to believe you're an alum.
WTF. Can't fix stupid. Put down the crack pipe. WTF
I'm going to assume you were looking at a mirror while typing....
Just ignore this guy
THE ONLY THING I'M ADDICTED TO IS WINNING--CHARLIE SHEEN
That was my post and I stick by it.
Kyle Fuller does not have sub 4.4 football speed. Go watch some of Amari Cooper's film - the guy has a second gear that very few at the collegiate level are blessed with.
Brandon Flowers didn't have sub 4.5 speed either. Not worried about it. If Kendall can show that he can provide good run support he will be on the field next year.
While straight 40 yd time is good, it isnt the most important thing for CBs. Hips and drive are extremely important. Holding your backpedal as long as possible and explosion toward the ball. You can also make up for a lot of things if you can separate the wr hands from the ball at the last second either through a good pop, pulling the wrists, or poking through the "triangle" as my db coach used to say.
Lol I'm not a alum Mr. Troll!!
