I don`t know if there is an Auburn person who is in a decision making position for SEC expansion.
A few MB guys nonchalantly said they knew there were SEC folks in BBurg a few times the last few weeks.
TCB said War Damn Eagle...dude isn't wrong very much, and doesn't post unless there is a reason
From what I have gathered over the years from the other boards TCB is an Auburn Alum....and he has his own plane.

Looks like planes flew in from Birmingham and Richmond into the Auburn airport around the sametime as the flight from Blacksburg
Nevermind on the Richmond one, its from Richmond, Indiana....didn't know that place existed.
maybe we sent someone from that AG department to look at their sick trees
I am surprised one of the insiders has not come on. I don`t expect them to confirm anything, but maybe say they are not aware of anything tied to the plane flights. It could all simply be a coincidence that a plane from Blacksburg has flown to Auburn.
fwiw, Jasper just said "War Beagle"
Could Mike Quillen be our White Knight? On the VT BOV and the gent is like the T. Boone Pickens of coal and holds two degrees from VT. Happens to live in Bristol and most certainly could have been on the plane to Birmingham...
This isht is like a mystery...
Anyhow - check out the story and a picture of our boy from back in the day.
As the company has grown, so have the stories: of helicopters arriving in the nick of time; anonymous donations that made the difference; one-sentence e-mails with enough wisdom to guide a man throughout a career.
Special retired rb coach AND 4th and inches play calling extraordinaire.
No gurus is interesting, but maybe plane watching is that absurd?
Maybe it is absurd...or may not. :)
Anyone else feel a little stalker ish just reading this thread?
I hope Mike is throwing that stiff arm out at Weaver and letting them know who writes his checks.....
Well, at least we aren't reading twitter updates from 17 year olds....
SEC fans stalk planes all the time. Get on board! :)
If I were Auburn I wouldnt want my flights tracked either... as much illegal recruiting as they do.. Im sure theyre looking for ways to not leave cell phone records too..
Looks like the grassroots campaign worked.... Bet it wasn't this quick for A&M. TIC
Res ipsa loquitur...Let the good times roll
Couldn't really decide whether to participate in this thread or not...but what the heck...
Seems the plane listed in the flight aware link by Hokies4Life...a Cessna Citation V (sometimes called Ultra or Encore)...is the same kind of plane owned by Virginia Tech air transportation services. :-)
I know nothing about airplanes, so I could be off base...but they seem really similar...

Well for those are interested in playing the plane game. Looks like the plane from Birmingham that landed in Auburn at the same time as the plane coming from Blacksburg left Auburn around 9PM to return to Birmingham. The Blacksburg plane is still showing thats in Auburn. Interesting to note is that the plane that flew from Birmingham to Auburn is no longer available to be tracked due to the request from the owner/operator. Are people catching on to us? Haha. We'll see what happens with the Blacksburg plane.
One other thing if you follow the registration of the plane its registered to a Citation Associates Inc. There really isnt anything on the web about them but I did find this http://www.corporationwiki.com/Virginia/Roanoke/citation-associates-inc-3153998.aspx , which lists a couple of names. If you search Gerald A. Dechow, he is a former partner at the law firm of BOV member (and former rector) John G. Rocovich, it looks like he was charged with allegations of misconduct and left the firm and moved to Florida but all the allegations were dropped without an explanation. This is pretty weird stuff.
