It's better, still, that the ACC is not strong. Clearly, Pittsburgh will elevate the level of play in our league. No one should complain.
Agreed. I can tolerate losing to teams we're supposed to lose to (Alabama, LSU), but this constant year in and year out of losing to people we shouldnt to is just ridiculous.
We'd be Kentucky in the SEC. Not even a consistent bowl team from year to year.
I think being in the SEC could be a positive because it would show the program what it really is and changes would have to be made. The Acc has caused VT to become complacent and overvalue their stock. I would rather see VT losing in the SEC and really trying to get better, than winning in the ACC and becoming complacent and settling like the program has done for a decade now.
Exactly, the SEC would force change 100 times faster than we are going to see, unfortuately.
