What's the draft scoop on Green? Would love to see a VT bballer go round one and he's obviously been amazing.
That's a good question. I was also wondering about where he stands nationally this year. Is he an All American? 1st team, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Is he first team All ACC? Certainly being the leading scorer in the nation helps, playing on a not so good team probably greatly hurts.
If he's not first team all-acc then the voting is a travesty. The guy is the leading scorer in the nation and is doing it when he is the only focus for the other team's defense. He gets absolutely zero help and night in and night out continues to dominate.
Has to be 1st team All-ACC.
BTW, hard to believe how far he's come. The progression each season has been phenomenal. Who would have ever thought this is what we'd have when he was a freshman?
Green has to be 1st team All-ACC. He is the best player in the conference.
I think 1st team All-ACC, should be ACC POY (Plumlee will will), 2nd team NCAA, and 2nd round NBA pick- just my take.
In all actuality he is the most important player of any team in the ACC, without a doubt. It'll be a shame that he doesn't win ACC POY but it won't happen. He should be first-team NCAA. Should be a late first round draft pick but the NBA draft is based on top-end potential. With each year that passes, fewer seniors go in the first round.
As hard to believe how far he's come as to how far Delaney seemingly regressed.
Green would be a great fit with the Celtics backing up Rondo.
