Check out this gif from the Packers game.
Was a great hit... But I think those types of hits should be banned.
it's football !!!! NFL is already sissified enough
Just saying that is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that a guy is probably going to miss the rest of the year from the same exact hit. Very bad on the knees along with the horsecollar tackle.
I'm sick of all these rules on different types of hits. Its maddening. Football at its core is a very violent game. Its not good for your knees, head, legs... basically your whole body. What else do you expect from a game that has you throwing your entire body at other people doing the same thing. Its like being in 50 car accidents back to back for 3+ hours. Its not good for you.
These guys know that going in, thats why they are so well paid. If they don't want to destroy their bodies, then they can just quit.
keep your head on a swivel. pretty sure it's taught at the lowest level...
To Duane's credit he tucked his shoulder in front of the guy to get the block without it being an illegal block in the back.
That guy's knee was just in the wrong place at the wrong time to absorb that block.
Agee, unfortunately the NFL has adopted the new American culture of being soft.
THE ONLY THING I'M ADDICTED TO IS WINNING--CHARLIE SHEEN
Anyone else got a problem with the fact that during the intros of the players he announced what elementary school he went to? What's the deal with that?
It sounded like almost all of the O-Line announced their Elementary or Middle School. I think it is a unit thing...
Welcome to the Terror Dome, baby! Welcome to the Terror Dome!
Like the rest of the Texans, he was pissed that GB was handing them their ass on prime time TV. Legal Block though.
