As impressed as I am with Cutler's passing ability, I still feel we got the two QB's we needed. Overall I feel that Carlis has more upside but that is not to take away from Corwin.
The big upside I see with Parker is that he can make plays with his feet that other QBs can`t. Loeffler can work on his throwing mechanics. But,you can`t teach someone to make plays with their feet...that is a natural ability that some have and some don`t.
So you used "hoo" instead of "who"
Now I see why you guys are so smart...and original, as a "Hoo" you have a lot expected of you... We'll expect a little better next time
Yeah, we'll see about that. Often times offering a kid in an effort to get others doesn't work out quite the way you would like. Just ask Clemson.
Clearly. I mean, not that 9 straight wins over you dumbasses shows anything...
I think the point is we wanted Cutler for Cutler but we had 2 others above him on our board. He wasn't a stretch for the Hoos as a QB prospect on his own, yes they had other ahead of him too, but they missed on theirs and took him. We both missed a finalist for NFL rookie of the year in Wilson....right under out noses.
I think we all wanted Cutler to get an offer because he really wanted to be a Hokie and I believe that he is the most polished QB at this point in the game. Bucky and Carlis have much higher ceilings as far as potential is concerned. That being said, I would have loved to have Cutler on the team.
Yep you have owned us in football...good game last night by the way
What game last night?
Thanks. We did better than I expected.
Did you hear Hoo got arrested? Thomas Jefferson would be proud!
