Subject: Talent gap has closed
Posted by: wahoo30 on Sun Nov 25 2012 6:37:44 PM
I noticed yesterday we are better off than they are. I give London next year to
prove what he can do now the players are all his. His recruiting alone has made
techs team hurt on the field and it's showing. Next year can't come quick enough
will all the players coming back we should be able to make a run at the acc crown.

Where have I read that before? Oh yeah, TheSabe 2004-current.
Did you hear Hoo got arrested? Thomas Jefferson would be proud!
4-8, 8-5, 4-8, and those dumbasses think they're going to compete for an ACC crown? At best they'd be 6th best team in the ACC next year, behind FSU, Clemson, UNC, VT, GT.
Funny thing is, more than 1 UVA fan has commented on their talent level being so close. 1. It's not as close as they think. 2. The coaching level is an enormous gap.
What will the excuse be next season?
The only people that believe that are idiots. We RSed more talent this season than they got last year. If anything the gap is widening.
Their team didn't do a damn thing that would make anyone think they're getting closer. Take away their 40+ yard touchdown play and they have under 200 yards of total offense on the game. Offensively, our team has been worthless all season. If the O had been lighting it up coming into this game and they stopped us, that's one thing. But that wasn't the case, if anything we were regressing on that side of the ball.
Bottom line, they are just as terrible as ever.
Bringing back a lot of players from a 4-8 team, returning a two headed monster at QB, and retaining a terrible coach isn't exactly something that would inspire me to dream of a conference championship.
Welcome to the Terror Dome, baby! Welcome to the Terror Dome!
Why do they keep thinking that they have hurt us in recruiting? Getting a bunch of nobodies that VT didn't want is not hurting us. Eli and Jennings are the only 2 players that VT offered that have turned out to be worth a damn.
UVA's recruiting has hurt us a little. We wouldn't mind to have guys like Nicholson & Harold. The bigger problem was that Frank sat on his hands while Butch and Dabo ramped up their recruiting efforts.
UVA's problem is their coach. He stinks.
Those guys are delusional. They act like they have been out recruiting us by a mile. We will finish ahead of them this year, while last year they were ahead of us by one slot. Wait until they see what we have coning off redshirt. They act like we are finishing 50th in recruiting rankings every year.... Plus, their coach is at the very least, borderline mentally retarded or insane...
Let's not forget that they should have been 3-9, had PSU not missed a jillion fg attempts.
He is retarded.
I wish Nicholson had come here and redshirted. He could have been good here. He is a prime example of how London has mismanaged his players. Nicholson wasn't ready to play last year and he hasn't gotten much better this year. That's the thing about people who say UVA hurts us in recruiting I can only name 4-5 guys that I would want.
Given our offensive impotence on Saturday, I can see how they would think that. It's just a case of seeing the scoreboard only and not really watching or understanding the game. Our defense was just DOMINANT and ALL of them are coming back next year. I do think that changes on offense are coming this year and I can't imagine we'll be anywhere close to as bad as we were this year. They have absolutely no depth and outside of Nicholson, Harold, and Rocco, they really have nobody that could play on our team this year.
almost all of their wrs could play for us this year...jennings/terrell/smith/etc. Their oline is better than ours and they have a few players on defense that would play.
