Gotta dip into PA more. From Western Pa (Pittsburgh) to Central Pa (Harrisburg) is within Frank's 6 hour rule, has many different types of players, and is not dominated by any singular team. Penn State is very big around that area, but they obviously have somethings factoring against them at this time. Pitt seems to be gaining ground, but with a new staff they definitely don't have a foothold on the area. Other options for players around that area are Temple and Maryland . Ohio St. isn't too far from the Pittsburgh area but closer to the Central area and your adding some major hours of driving. It's not the most fertile area, but there are definitely some players with open minds around there.
