I understand maxing out, but the gap some kids have between top and what they work out with is extreme...no injuries ... please!!!

I want to see the young gunz numbers..... edmunds, clarke, jc, etc. Edmunds strikes me as a combine king type of gym rat

Edmunds could be a 6'2", 225-230lb powerful and speedy RB.

According to twitter, JC with a 400lb front squat, JGayle 350 push jerk. Not sure I know what a push jerk is, but I KNOW 400lb front squat for a 5'7 190 man is just nasty...

Google is my friend, push jerk is what i always knew as a clean and press. 350lbs isnt too shabby either....

I always thought the jerk/press part was the lunge and press to get the barbell over top of your head
edit: I was half right. To get the barbell over your head with 350 using that technique is crazy. Here is vid of it.

Yep, They do bench max tomorrow I believe. JC Coleman put up some big numbers today on front squat. I'm very excited to see what my man can do with a better Oline. Some don't think he can be an every down back. But I do. Ill see what I can dig up on so e of the numbers.

I got a 92.4 of my USAF pt test for those interested, It sounded like I was having a stroke while I was running, like a full body convulsion. not bad for a beer drinker.
