I think it's worth noting that the guy who left his mansion like this, he was part of the NCAA class the year before the "one and done" rule. So he was one of the last, if not the last kid to jump straight out of high school to the pros.
Not to say every teenager would live like this if suddenly handed a blank check financially... but, the kid went from HS to the #12 draft pick just like that. It's a shame because he struggled and eventually didn't last long in the NBA and obviously had a downward spiral.
